Compensation:
Hourly rate (shop employees), Salary (office employees), based on applicant’s experience, salary history, and proficiency of required tasks; including completion of cross training and displaying proficiency on varies tools and work stations. Pay for skill and performance level. Monthly company-wide incentives provide compensation opportunities above and beyond base pay.
